G-M Wood Products is a wood components supplier that specializes in meeting the demanding needs of exterior door distributors. Our products include door frames in a multitude of sizes from 4 9/16” to 12”, mull posts up to 8 9/16” wide, a variety of mull covers, stops and glazing as well as transom sills, continuous headers and many more standard and custom made parts.

We offer many substrate options from our premium finger joint pine primed product to our select pre-sanded stain grade products in red oak, mahogany, clear pine, maple, cherry, knotty alder, doug fir, and hem fir. We also offer lifetime warranty Dura-FrameTM, our exclusive line of lifetime warranty door frame components. Dura-FrameTM combines premium finger joint pine with Alaskan Yellow Cypress and the industries best coatings. Our Dura-TechTM line is our Dura-FrameTM covered with a 12 mil rigid PVC film bonded with permanent waterproof exterior polyurethane glue. The Dura-Tech FXTM line features the same great attributes of Dura-TechTM with additional solar and UV protection with a beautiful finish. These products are all offered in full unit, half unit and box quantities.

We machine product to factory approved specs of all major North American door manufactures, as well as many custom specifications. We offer many value-added capabilities, including hinge and strike mortising, mull post sill haunch work, weather-strip installation and trimming, pilot hole drilling, fire labeling, fire stamping, custom priming, custom packing, and hardware installation; to name a few.

We take an active role in helping our customer’s better control their inventories with J.I.T. programs, flexible shipments, and short lead-times. Our lead-times are consistent and we support our customers with expedited products when needed. Orders entered by Wednesday will be produced the following week and available to ship the week after. This allows us the flexibility to pool trucks and create “milkruns”.
